Why doesn't the webcam image refresh?
Sometimes there are server issues with the host of the image. Please try again later. There are some cases where every new webcam image gets a new name, so Webcams Pro won't able to figure out the new image name and won't reload it. There is no solution for these cases.
What's the deal with the bookmarklet?
It is one option to add webcams while you surf the web. You can read our How to.
How can I import my webcams from my Mac or PC into Webcams Pro?
Instead of entering image links manually, you can either create a bookmark in Safari for each webcam, sync your iPhone or iPod touch, open it in Mobile Safari and use the bookmarklet, or you could create a simple html page containing links to your webcams in the format "webcamspro://http://www.domain.com/image.jpg", open the page in Mobile Safari and click on each link.
I can't find the webcam I'm looking for in the Webcams.travel directory, what now?
You can always go to Webcams.travel and click on "Add a webcam" on the top of the page. Once added, Webcams Pro will be able to find it.
Webcams Pro is not available in my language, can I help?
